In 2018 ESTAT introduced a new Quality Management System - ISO 9001: 2015 with the following scope: "Provision of consultancy services for the needs of the public and private sector. Development, monitoring and evaluation of planning, program and strategic documents. Collection, processing and analysis of qualitative and quantitative surveys. Organizational, project and investment consultancy services based on research and analysis. Organizing and conducting events and trainings."
